     "An Act relating to opt-out marketing plans for sales, to free trial                           
     periods for goods or services, and to acts that are unlawful as

his motion to rescind previous action in adopting SCS CSHB
(JUD).  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

CSHB 339(JUD) (page 4086).                                                                          
                                                                                                    
The Speaker ruled the notice out of order, stating that reconsideration
